Pre-Order Terms

  • By placing or having placed a pre-order for any items sold by us, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Pre-Order Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. Your payment secures your charm within the pre-order window and is non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy.

3. Pre-Order Window

  • The exclusive pre-order window is available until the specified end date or while supplies last. Once the window closes, no additional pre-orders will be accepted.

4. Shipping Schedule

  • Pre-ordered charms are anticipated to ship according to the date listed on the product pages. This is an estimated date and is subject to change. You will be notified via email of any delays or changes to the shipping schedule.

5. Order Fulfillment

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is ready for dispatch. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order.

6. Shipping Information

  • Please view our FAQ for shipping information related to orders that have been dispatched or shipped.

7. Cancellation and Modifications

  • Pre-Order Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Order Modifications: You may request changes to your shipping address or other details within 12-24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been fulfilled.

  • OtakuBon is not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or natural disasters.
